Job description:
Lead execution and delivery of projects and ensure seamless project handover to business units from proof-of-concept, pilot to production
Identify and create new business value by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders and the business community
Evaluate emerging technologies and business models to identify its relevance, impact and opportunities to the bank
Define new initiatives, proof-of-concept and pilot projects via market, customer, technology research and ideation workshops with business units

Qualifications
Requirements:
Up to 10 years of experience in business transformation, product development/management and/or strategic/management consulting
Demonstrated experience in building and delivering product from idea to production is highly desirable
Understands the corporate environment and demonstrated experience of navigating the organization and getting work done in a structured corporate setting
Demonstrated strong understanding of new digital economy, technology’s role and transformation of organizations and industries and proven track-record of effectively articulating value to business units
A strong communicator, thought-leader and facilitator that is comfortable with the dynamic, fast-changing pace of innovation but also able to navigate within the broader corporate structure
Broad-based understanding of banking is desirable, ideally with banking and financial services experience, but not compulsory
Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the key trends and landscape of financial services and disruptive trends, with a strong viewpoint of the future of banking
His duties and responsibilities include:
Providing leadership and digital vision for architecture direction across the ecosystem to effectively support the short to long term strategic roadmap that addresses current and emerging market demands
Translate vision and ideas into architecture and processes, and recommend future technological capabilities and the overall digital enterprise architect business strategy and processes
Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define the architecture and process in areas of risk management and compliance
Develop and implement solutions based on architecture standards, guidelines and policies based on regulatory requirements and anticipate technological advances to become an enabler for business projects
Conduct effective management responsibilities including taking corrective action when necessary and ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with the bank’s policies, standards and procedures
