Job Description

This role will be reporting to the APAC Head of Department and play a vital role in forging and managing strategic partnerships with developers, publishers and external stakeholders. This role will also need to ensure successful launches of new products and maximising the performance and revenue potential.

Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive publishing partnership strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate and establish publishing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with game development teams to provide strategic guidance, feedback, and support throughout the development process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and fostering collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, client management, content operations or similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience prioritising under tight deadlines and ability to judge the requirements of multiple assignments
• Understanding of how successful publishing impacts players and how different strategic options for bringing games to market directly promote product reception
• Experience working on the launch of multiple games on a variety of platforms, including an understanding of publishing and submissions requirements, such as localisation and content management
