Salary: Basic up to $3300
Location: Mattar (Central)Working days: Mon - Thurs (8.30am - 6.30pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Home's mission and brand through various channels (publications, social media).
• Plan and execute fundraising events and initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders (volunteers, donors) to secure funding and resources.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term fundraising strategies and plans.
• Manage donor database, process donations, and ensure donor acknowledgment and satisfaction.
• Recruit, manage, train, and deploy volunteers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Track fundraising progress, prepare reports, and evaluate event success.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Passion to work in an NPO.
• Proficiency in design softwares (e.g. Canva)
