To render support in planning and execution of joint outreach with SBF - SGWEN, a 2.5-hour workshop in early Mar on branding and trademark strategy / protection. To do research on the sponsorship structure and marketing strategy of other innovation related events in the region/around the world. To be involved in the planning of activities (including World IP Day 2025, 26 April, and IP Week @ SG 2025, 25 to 27 Aug), assisting with notes taking, facilitating presentations (preparing speakers) and exhibition. This also includes liaising with IPOS' partners, speakers and event vendors to see the smooth execution of the programmes.
What we are looking for:
Keen interest to work with partners and stakeholders to curate IP outreach programmes Self-starter Good writing and communication skills Event management experience would be helpful Preferred field of study: Marketing, Tourism, Business, Hospitality, Event management, Communications, Graphic Designs Ability to commit till June 2025.
