WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver prompt and value added services to all AIA's partner distribution related channels and constantly build the reputation of Policy Services Department.

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated Channel and become value added partner of the Channel by understanding their needs and improving the relevance of POS outcomes to them.
  • Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualized feedbacks for betterment of current processes.
  • Lead & facilitate solutioning for any issues faced by partners' distributors and ensure resolution of said issues, including calling the partners / customers.
  • Accountable for the achievement of the relevant SLAs including but not limited to processing requests, resolving email enquiries and clearance of suspense.
  • Support & actively contribute to evolution of Target Operating Model to transit from traditional model to digitally enabled model
  • Display behaviour and attitude aligned with enterprise direction (eg Leadership Essentials) and help POS to achieve its stated mission statement.
  • Handle enquiries and requests from designated Channel through emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing of document submissions
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.
  • Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.
  • Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.
  • Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.
  • Any other tasks as request by Team Lead or Head of Policy Services
Job Requirements
  • Education: Minimally degree
  • Experience: At least 5years of experience in (1) Partner Distribution operation or (2) Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in HNW policies.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Specific Business Knowledge: Life Insurance knowledge preferred
