Partnerships Executive (Fundraising & Volunteer Engagement)
Compensation: $2800 - $3500
Role Overview
The Partnerships Executive plays a vital role in advancing TomoWork's mission by supporting, implementing, and innovating on both fundraising and volunteer engagement initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster meaningful relationships with donors and volunteers, manage stewardship administration, and ensure disability inclusion remains at the heart of why we do what we do. In a nutshell, this will be a very dynamic role that expand TomoWork's impact through inclusive partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Execute fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities, including events planning, donor communications, and stewardship reporting.
Support and operationalise volunteer engagement including but not limited to outreach, onboarding, retention, recognition, and exit processes.
Support the maintenance and use of contact databases for volunteers and donors; ensure accurate tracking of engagement, contributions, hours, and feedback for compliance and reporting.
Execute recognition and appreciation initiatives for both volunteers and donors, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events to enhance donor and volunteer experience, inclusivity, and community visibility.
Liaise with internal teams to align partnership, fundraising, and volunteer strategies with organizational goals and impact measurement.
Qualifications & Attributes
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Arts Management, or equivalent.
At least one year of relevant work experience in partnership engagement, volunteer management, experience in social sector considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good digital literacy, and experience with database management tools (CRM, volunteer management systems) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Strong organisational abilities, project management skills, and attention to detail; able to work independently and as part of a team.
