Parts Executive

  • Oversee entire parts and warehouse operations
  • Coordination of shipment arrangement and documentation
  • Creation of Purchase Orders (PO)
Our client is a global leading manufacturer in the automated laundry technology space, with business units across the globe including Europe, North America, and China. This job entails responsibilities related to warehouse operations, daily shipment arrangements and preparation of purchase orders.

Location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: Mon-Thu (8.30AM - 5.30PM) & Fri (8.30AM - 5PM)

Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations
  • Coordination of daily shipment (including shipping documentations)
  • Packing of spare parts orders from technicians\' request
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders (PO) when required
  • Inventory management
  • Attending to emails and liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers
Requirements
  • Min. 5 years\' of relevant experience
  • Independent and able to work in a lean team
