Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Agricultural Machinery)
Position Title: Parts & Logistics Executive
Working Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling, along with generating delivery orders (DO) and invoices.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations, and follow up on potential orders.
Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders, and manage restocking requests.
Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records, and fulfill outstanding customer orders.
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate and schedule part deliveries.
Regularly follow up with suppliers about open or outstanding orders.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma in Logistics Management or any relevant discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience with logistics or supply chain is preferred
