Key Responsibilities:



Supervise the daily operations of the parts department, including receiving, storing, and issuing automotive parts. Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and coordinate regular stock counts. Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Maintain parts catalogue, pricing, and records in the inventory management system. Train and lead a team of parts assistants/clerks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards. Support aftersales operations by ensuring prompt parts availability for service and repair jobs. Handle internal inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, order fulfilment, and departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:



Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in parts operations or inventory management, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and warehouse practices. Familiar with ERP or dealership management systems Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of Singapore's workplace safety regulations (WSH) is a plus.
