Job Description

- Position Title: Part-Time Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 3 days per week (9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,800
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage AP/AR: process invoices, payments, billing, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
- Handle payroll: prepare payslips and update payroll records.
- Prepare tax schedules and support timely, accurate filings.
- Liaise with auditors and banks; compile required documents.
- Maintain organized filing and accounting documentation.
- Support month-end close and full set of accounts reporting.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
- Professional Certificate/NITEC in Finance, Accountancy, Bookkeeping, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience with MYOB and GST filing.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit to two to three full days of on-site work each week.
