Job Description
This is an hourly-rated position attached to a CC. Location: Bedok area
Duration: Immediate to 31 December 2025
Job Scope
-Perform day-to-day task for 'Community Portal'
-Input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and spreadsheets.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting
-Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
-Support Community Centre operations and events as required.
Requirements
-Able to communicate well
-IT savvy as you will be working on mobile apps
-Physically fit as there is plenty of walking and standing on your feet during events
Working Hours/Days
9am to 6pm, 3 days per week
Two weekdays and either weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
Hourly Pay: $13.00
