. Beyond admin support, you'll also gain insights into how investment portfolios are managed and how advisors engage with clients.
The Role
As a
Part-Time Admin / Client Support
team member, you'll support our advisory team in both operational and client-facing tasks. This includes administrative duties as well as communication with prospective and existing clients. You'll get hands-on exposure not just to the inner workings of a wealth management practice, but also to
how financial advisors prepare investment materials, present recommendations, and engage clients
.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Assist in preparing
investment-related reports, presentations, and client review materials
.
Reach out to prospective clients and support ongoing client servicing activities.
Help coordinate scheduling and follow-ups between advisors and clients.
Support compliance checks and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects that give you
insight into wealth management operations and investment planning
.
What We're Looking For
Current undergraduate student from a local university (all disciplines welcome; interest in
finance, business, or investments
is a plus).
Strong communication skills, confident in reaching out to prospective clients.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), & Canva for Design.
Able to commit at least
2-3 days per week
(flexible hours around your timetable).
