We 'e seeking a part-time student service assistant to join our team. As an adminitrative assistant, you'll provide crucial support ot our team, ensuring smooth office operations.





Requirements:


Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of administrative experience Proficiency communications and organizational skills Must be able to write and speak English Knowledge of using office system
Your duties include :


Assisting in managing schedules, meetings and appoinments Performing clerical duties such as filing, typing and photocopying Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary Aswer phone calls Write and distribute email, correspondence memo Assisting in the preparation of regulaly schedules reports * Data entry among others
