MindSpace by MindChamps offers after-school and enrichment programmes for primary school students based on Mindchamps' proprietary 3-Mind Approach (Champion Mind, Creative Mind and Learning Mind) and the breakthrough Optimal Flow Method of learning.We are currently recruiting experienced Associate Trainers to conduct our Primary Success Math and Science enrichment programmes at our MindSpace Centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre.Job Responsibilities

• Implement Mindchamps' unique lesson plans and enrichment programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the Centre
• Monitor students' progress and update parents regularly on their child's academic and developmental needs/progress
• Prepare teaching resources and materials where needed
• Manage the overall appearance and learning environment of classrooms
• Maintain and build strong relationships with students and parents
• Serve as an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of teaching experience
• Proven track record in teaching primary school students, either with MOE or in the private sector
• Strong knowledge of MOE primary school Math and Science syllabus
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, lively and energetic with a positive growth mindset
• Demonstrate strong ability to engage and connect with students
• Able to work on weekends

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per weekSalary: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per monthBenefits:
