Job Description
An ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a great working attitude, be service oriented and ensure that all duties within the café are executed with customer service in mind.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
- Packaging food and beverages for sale.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
Most days, we serve food and drinks prepared by a mix of pâtissiers, chefs and mixologists. Some days, we host workshops and events in collaboration with fellow creatives. Our one constant – we exist to gather individuals from different fields to explore, push boundaries, and express themselves. A place for anyone and everyone to experience and enjoy. We are a 2 min walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT.
