Your Role Will Include:



Registering patients and verifying appointment details Taking vitals: height, weight, blood pressure, temperature Basic screening for presenting complaints Checking eligibility and submitting claims (CHAS, PG, MG, HSG, SFL, Medisave, insurance, etc.) Categorizing patients for acute/chronic/surgical/consult types Performing ECGs (training provided if needed) Dispensing medication and providing patient counselling Collecting payments and issuing receipts Managing patient flow and expectations
Dispatching labs and understanding clinic workflow
