Part-time Clinic Assistant (Work Location: Toa Payoh / Boon Keng)

Part-time Clinic Assistant (Work Location: Toa Payoh / Boon Keng)

Clinic Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Operate Clinic Management System
• Assist with other adhoc duties assigned by clinic\xe2\x80\x99s supervisor

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
• Past experience in outpatient operations preferred but aspiring clinic assistants with no prior experience are welcome to apply (Students looking for par-time jobs are welcome!)
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Able to work on weekends, night shift until 9pm
