Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide accurate information regarding order status and product details.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Proactively manage customer feedback, ensuring effective recovery solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in clients.
Process customer orders and order modifications following company policies and procedures.
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work Monday-Wednesday (3 days).
