Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Digital Business Advisor to join our lady apparel retail operations team on a part-time basis. As a digital expert with proven results, you'll provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, e-commerce, and social marketing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and increase online presence Provide expertise on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

- E-commerce:

Advise on e-commerce platform selection, customization, and optimization Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and retention

- Social Media Marketing:

Create and implement social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales Provide guidance on content creation, influencer marketing, and social media advertising

- Digital Analytics:

Analyze digital data to inform business decisions and optimize digital strategies Provide insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends

- Mentorship:

Guide and mentor the internal team on digital best practices and strategies

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital business, e-commerce, and social media marketing Proven Results: Demonstrable track record of driving business growth through digital strategies Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital trends, e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and digital analytics Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Part-time: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (approx. 10-15 hours/week)

Nice to Have:

Fashion Industry Experience: Knowledge of the fashion industry and lady apparel retail operations E-commerce Platform Expertise: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce Social Media Certifications: Certifications in social media marketing, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite
