Job Scope * Warmly welcome every client and child, be able to recognise and greet regulars by name * Responsible for attending to clients' enquiries and requests with excellent customer service Job Scope Warmly welcome every client and child, be able to recognise and greet regulars by name Responsible for attending to clients' enquiries and requests with excellent customer service Ensures that the premise is clean, tidy and has sufficient seating before the clients arrive, and restores the premise back to original, clean and tidy state after each session Interacts with clients and children to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships Carry yourself professionally in all interactions with children, clients and other stakeholders. Be familiar and understand company policies, guidelines and programs well Able to guide new trials comfortably through the trial process and brief them on the swim curriculum, class packages and policies Handles administrative duties, such as recording class attendance and processing registrations for new trials Supports swimming classes, for example assisting to make sure the children are with the correct coach and bringing kids into classes where needed Carry out any other tasks as required by the Management Job Requirements Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong command of spoken and written English Able to work for a few hours in the weekends Training will be provided Working Locations: Town East
