Adecco is an industry-leading recruitment services provider.We are seeking a meticulous and data-oriented individual to join our admin team. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize associate documents and files
- Assist with data entry and management tasks
- Support the team with administrative duties as needed
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls
- Outgoing phone calls when necessary
- Assist with setting up meeting/ interview roomsRequirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 3 to 5 days/ week of commitment (Office hours 10am - 7pm) for 3 months.What We Offer:
