Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Part-Time HR & Payroll Executive to support our growing cleaning business. You'll help ensure our foreign workers are onboarded properly, paid on time, and guided with the care they need. This role is perfect for someone who has prior HR or admin experience and is looking for a flexible, steady job.





Key Responsibilities:



Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations (via MOM portal) Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of foreign workers, including contract preparation and checklists Prepare and update staff records, track leave and MCs Assist in monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and payslip issuance Maintain organised HR files and support general paperwork Act as the first point of contact for worker queries and admin help And other ad-hoc jobs assigned

Requirment:



Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or admin support Familiar with MOM's WPOL / myMOM portal and CPF submissions Comfortable using Excel or basic payroll systems Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision * Committed to approx. 27 hours/week, schedule can be discussed
