Job Description
Job Summary: The Part-time Interviewer will conduct street intercept interviews with visitors, both local and tourists to Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). They will ensure that these interviews are conducted according to the standards set out by the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct street intercept interviews with visitors, both local and tourists to RWS.
- Ensure that all interviews are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Record rejections and refusals via an online link
- Flexibility to work; able to commit at least 10 days per month, both weekdays and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and a Mother Tongue language (Written and Spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Comfortable using an Android tablet for data collection.
- Previous experience in market research or customer service is a plus.
Part-time hours: 6-18 per week Salary: $20.00 per hour Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Education:
- GCE \'O\' Level or GCE \'N\' Level (Preferred)
- 75% (Preferred)
