Part Time Kiosk Attendant
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and friendly part-time staff to help manage our K-pop Dance Self-Service Kiosk -- a fun, newly set-up booth where customers can record their own K-pop dance videos!
As this is a new concept kiosk, we need someone who can ensure smooth daily operations, assist customers, and keep the booth area clean and inviting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operation of the K-pop Dance kiosk
Guide customers on how to use the self-service booth
Ensure all equipment (screens, lighting, payment system) is working properly
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the booth area
Handle basic troubleshooting and report technical issues promptly
Provide feedback or suggestions for improvement during the setup phase
Requirements:
Friendly, proactive, and responsible
Comfortable interacting with customers
Able to work independently
Basic tech familiarity (tablets, touchscreen systems, etc.)
* Interest in K-pop or dance is a plus!
