1) Assistant to prepare ingridents for the cook to prepare Meals for Residents and Staff
2) Prepare tea break with desserts, whenever required by your supervisor
3) Sssist in the kitchen operations.
operate dishwashing machines
scrape, rinse and load dishes and utensils into dishwashing machines.
wash and sanitize all pans, utensils and dishes
unload dishes and utensils from the dish washing machines and organize them properly
assist to empty trash containers
maintain a clean work area and kitchen with regular sweeping and mopping as needed
4) Work 3-days a week on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
5) To perform any other reasonable related duties as directed by the Supervisor
