We are seeking qualified and passionate Part-Time Lecturers to deliver engaging and effective lessons in the following modules:

Building Construction Process

Teach construction safety practices, workplace regulations, and site management.


Explain the use of construction machinery and operations.


Cover methods and processes in basement construction, tunnelling, and high-rise building construction.


Integrate industry standards and current best practices into lessons.

Building Drawing Knowledge

Introduce the fundamentals of architectural and engineering drawings.


Teach students how to read, interpret, and analyse construction and architectural plans.


Guide students in understanding symbols, scales, dimensions, and specifications used in drawings.

Business Law

Teach foundational legal principles relevant to modern business operations.


Explain contracts, torts, employment law, and corporate law concepts.


Analyse real-world business cases and legal consequences of business decisions.

Architectural Decoration and Interface

Teach the principles and methods of architectural decoration and finishing works.


Cover materials, techniques, and design considerations for building interiors and facades.


Guide students in understanding aesthetic and functional integration in architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum. Conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments effectively. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and academic support. Maintain accurate teaching records, grades, and attendance. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the relevant field.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

:

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

(e.g. Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science, Law, Business or related disciplines).


A

Master's Degree

or

professional certification

is preferred but not mandatory.

Professional Experience

:

At least

2-3 years of relevant industry experience

in the subject area.


Prior

teaching or training experience

will be an advantage.
