Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide legal consultation and legal advice on civil legal matters.


Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.


Offer independent judgment and recommendations on legal risks and issues.


Assist with case preparation, including legal research and analysis.


Support corporate teams as needed.


Represent or support in court hearings and debates when necessary.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.


A proactive, solutions-driven, and collaborative mindset.


Professional, impartial, and detail-oriented.


Available on an ad-hoc, part-time basis.


Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Work Arrangement:

On-site: 1-2 days per week, 8 hours per day.





Remote: Flexible work-from-home option when tasks are assigned.





Compensation: Based on hourly or daily rates, depending on workload.
