Job location: Singapore

Job type: Part-time (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier, including sorting, distributing, and sending mail/courier
  • Assisting with claim processing
  • Arranging document signing for management, directors and external parties
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sorting and organising files both electronic and paper
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering supplies as needed
  • Assist with office moving
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
  • Organise and update financial records for analysis and audit purposes
  • Assist with grant-related application and claim submission
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
