About the Role



EVOV AI is hiring a

Mandarin-speaking Operation Assistant (Intern)

to support the deployment and operations of our AI-based marketing solutions.

This role is ideal for

polytechnic or university students

who want hands-on experience in AI, product operations, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our tech and business teams to assist clients, prepare onboarding materials, monitor deployments, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



1. AI Solution Deployment Support



Assist in deploying EVOV AI solutions for clients. Support client onboarding, setup, and configuration. Help run product demonstrations in both

English and Mandarin

. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with the tech team on escalations.

2. Operational & Execution Support



Prepare client data, marketing profiles, and setup templates. Track deployment progress and update internal systems. Assist in creating simple documentation and SOPs.

3. Client Support & Communication



Handle client queries through WhatsApp, email, or phone -- often in

Mandarin

. Gather feedback from users and relay findings to the product and tech teams. Prepare onboarding materials (text guides, simple video tutorials).

4. Product Testing & QA



Test new features before launch. Report bugs, verify fixes, and suggest improvements.

5. Administrative & General Support



Maintain deployment logs, spreadsheets, and internal records. Assist with reporting and presentation preparation.

Requirements



Fluent in both Mandarin and English

(written & spoken). Mandarin is a must due to regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients.*
Poly/University student -- business, IT, marketing, media, or engineering fields preferred. Strong interest in

AI, digital marketing, or SaaS platforms

. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn fast. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with Canva, Notion, Excel/Sheets. Basic knowledge in marketing tools or analytics. Simple video recording or editing skills. Interest in content creation, social media trends, or workflow automation.
