Job Description

We are seeking Part-Time Independent Recruiters to help identify and recommend potential candidates for Sales & Marketing roles. This is an independent contractor / freelance position focused on sourcing talent.

Clear guidelines and approved non-branded communication templates will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates who may be suitable for Sales & Marketing positions Conduct initial suitability screenings using provided criteria Share candidate information with the internal hiring team for follow-up Maintain accurate records of candidates sourced Follow all non-branded outreach guidelines and comply with ethical recruitment practices

Requirements:

Suitable for individuals with experience in professional communication or people-engagement roles Strong communication and people-interaction skills Ability to work independently and manage outreach at your own pace Organized and able to evaluate candidate suitability Experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or outreach roles is a bonus but not required

Benefits
