The Role

You will be our retail team for I\'M IN - www.iminxx.com experience store in Singapore at Funan; or Orchard Gateway; or East area. You will be the face of the brand, creating the best lingerie shopping experience for our customers.Your role will include the fit, recommendations, measurements & product introduction of our lingerie. You will also need to ensure the store cleanliness, merchandise displays are in order, inventory & cashiering duties.At I\xe2\x80\x99M IN, we want to inspire women that are beautiful in any shape or size, and make them feel beautiful inside out.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
• Experience:
• Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.
• Greeting of customers and assist customers with the best shopping experience, fitting & recommendations.
• Engage with our customers for product launches, events and workshops.
• Housekeeping
• Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store on a daily basis.
• Inventory
• Process incoming stocks, restocking, returns & stock taking.
• Organize & maintain tidiness of stock room
• Cashiering duties using POS system
• Drive sales target

Requirements

• I\xe2\x80\x99M IN brand retail associates that loves the brand and understand the importance of providing the best customer service.
• A bubbly and friendly person! You can approach our customers at ease and create a conversation
• Always maintain a good presentation of yourself
• Sales motivated to hit sales target
• A punctual and dependable person who can work independently and in a team.

Hours

• Part-time. Hourly remunerated with incentives.
• Commit to at least 6 months & above
