Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers.
Deliver excellent service during and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain the boutique's appearance to premium brand standards.
Build and manage client relationships and contact database.
Manage stock handling, boutique upkeep, and assist with daily operations.
Support with administrative duties (e.g., stock count, traffic reports).
Handle transactions (cash/credit card).
Maintain accurate records of after-sales services.
Adhere to all company SOPs and retail standards.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
