Job Description
Edith Patisserie is one of the leading bakeries in Singapore with a specialisation in unique buttercream cakes and bakes.
We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service we can offer to our clients.
Job Scope:
- Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with their orders and enquiries.
- Manage cashier & stock inventory
- Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Good at multi-tasking
- Well-organised with good time management
- Personable and professional, works well in a team
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail sales or having experience in hospitality or customer service industry
- Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods
Salary: $10-12/hour Duration: Part-time Minimum commitment of 10 shifts per month required Shifts available: Tuesdays-Sunday 9.30am-6pm or 11am-7.30pm Location: 275 Outram Road, S169064
