Ensure dining area cleanliness and table settings are well maintained
Support cash handling and daily closing as required
Assist in crowd control and seating arrangement during peak hours
Back-of-House (BOH):
Assist chefs in food preparation, plating, and basic kitchen duties
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
Handle dishwashing and storage of utensils properly
Ensure food items are prepared according to company standards
Support kitchen team during busy periods
