Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients from provided leads/databases.
Introduce company services and explain loan options in a clear and professional manner.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call center experience preferred (financial services experience is a plus).
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
Basic knowledge of SME loans/finance will be an advantage (training provided).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
