Customer Service & Relationship Management
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues via email, chat, or social platforms.
Follow up on delivery status, exchanges, and refunds professionally and promptly.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure positive shopping experiences.
Escalate technical or logistics issues to relevant teams when needed.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
Perform regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation.
Update stock movement records across systems.
Flag low-stock or out-of-stock items and support reordering processes.
Help improve stockroom organization and space utilization.
Requirements
1-3 years' experience in ecommerce operations or order fulfillment.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
Basic understanding of inventory software or warehouse systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Physically fit and able to carry loads of up to 20kg
