Job Responsibility:

Work closely with airlines in passenger check-in process

Attend to guest's inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Check boarding pass and travel documents

Assist in lost and found duties

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
