Job Description


GTRSG is a joint venture between SATS Ltd and AirAsia Berhad which commenced operations on 1 November 2017. GTRSG aims to maintain the highest quality product by embracing technology (innovation and digitalisation) to improve the productivity of our personnel, enhancing service level, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high safety standards. GTRSG provides a comprehensive range of ground handling services such as; guest handling, baggage services and aircraft handling.Key Responsibilities

  • Checking in passengers
  • Service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
  • Gate handling duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments
  • Guiding and escorting transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area (vice versa)
  • Assisting passenger who require special assistance
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
Key Requirements
  • Minimum GCE xe2x80x98O Level or equivalent
  • Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
  • Customer Oriented and a good team player
  • Comfortable with using computer
  • Able to converse and write in English confidently
