Teaching with Boutique Education

Boutique Education is a preferred end-to-end education provider for families of children of all ages in international schools in Singapore. Teaching at Boutique Education, you will be provided with the tools and resources to create engaging learning experiences for students and have the opportunity to broaden or deepen your skills through specialist teacher training. Accompanying students on their personal learning journey, you will build interpersonal relationships with them and their families.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailor-made programmes for students.
• Ensure that students\xe2\x80\x99 goals are achieved.
• Deliver tuition in a fun and creative manner.
• Cater to students\xe2\x80\x99 specific educational needs.
• Complete required administrative paperwork.
• Live and breathe the Boutique Education way in all your teaching.

Requirements

About You:

You\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential and you enjoy teaching children of different ages. You love forming personal connections but you\xe2\x80\x99re independent and confident. People would describe you as a warm, yet professional and energetic person that likes to stay active and discover new things. You are adaptable and flexible and have the ability to tailor your teaching style to help best serve your students.

Skills and other requirements:

• Native English speaker
• 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in teaching or tutoring
• Undergraduate or post-graduate teaching degree from a reputable university
• Comfortable communicating with students, parents, team members and management alike
• Willing to teach at students\xe2\x80\x99 homes and travel via taxis between classes
• Keen to embrace our company culture and ethos to education and to participate in activities such as holiday camps as and when they come up
• Slightly tech savvy would be a plus to work with our apps and other systems
