In 2023 we expanded our operations to Singapore and now are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service/Administration Assistant. As an organization, we are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate flight transportation solutions for pets, ensuring their well-being throughout their journey.

As the Customer Service/Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the smooth operation and growth of our Singapore branch. You will assist in administrative tasks, customer service duties, and logistical coordination to ensure our clients and their pets receive exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks and logistical support. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets. Assist in coordinating pet transportation logistics, including liaising with airlines, veterinary services, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience (preferred minimum 2 year) in customer service, administration, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners. A genuine love for pets and a dedication to their well-being. Prior experience with dogs and cats through pet ownership, or work in related fields.
