Preparing a wide range of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch, using high-quality ingredients
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all desserts and baked items
Collaborating with the head chef to develop new and innovative dessert recipes
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Providing excellent customer service and responding to feedback
What we're looking for
Formal training or a degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts
5+ years
of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques and the ability to work with various doughs, batters, and pastries
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
