Responsibilities
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
To assist in food preparation and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness
Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry
Experience in Italian dessert or pastry is an added advantage* Must have an interest or passion in pastries
Food-oriented and willing to learn
Basic knowledge of food and ingredients
Good communication and interpersonal skills
