Plan and assist in the daily production of pastry products.
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and place orders as needed.
Assist in handling daily stock recording, temperature logging, and receiving raw ingredients.
Work closely with team members to achieve the highest standards of product quality.
Ensure food handling, hygiene standards, equipment maintenance, and work safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment at all times.
