We are a new Thai Restaurant / Cafe opening at Jalan Besar, looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team! As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating a variety of Thai desserts and snacks in accordance with our standard. You will work alongside other kitchen staff to ensure that our pastry offerings are of the highest quality and consistency.
Key Responsiblities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pastries and desserts, including Thai Pancakes, Thai Puddings and Thai Beverages.
- Ensure that pastries are prepared in accordance with our standard of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised pastry station.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity and attention to detail to produce visually appealing and delicious desserts.
- Ability to work in a team envrionment and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work long hours and shifts including weekends and holidays.
