Our Singapore Marketing Company (SGMC) is responsible for the marketing of our medicines in Singapore. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Patients Assistance Program (PAP)

• Work closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute affordability and accessibility patient programs for prioritized brands in accordance with local compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines, as well as company and brand strategy
• Develop innovative patient adherence and compliance models
• Evolve and digitalise existing patient programs to enhance access through accommodating wider range of service offerings beyond ensuring affordability
• Ensure proper documentation of affordability and access programs.
• Establish long term partnership with decision making unit and key influencers, including medical social workers and healthcare institutions

Pricing Governance within PAP

• Pricing governance responsibilities across private & public sectors related to existing programs
• Assists and collaborate with cross functional teams in development of and implementation of pricing strategies, schemes and rebate programs

Essential for the role

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field, preferably life science-related
• Minimum 3 years of successful track record in access, sales, marketing, or related function in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and computer proficiency skills
• Good communicator and strong project manager who can work effectively under pressure
• Understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market

Desirable for the role

• High grades in Bachelor\'s degree in natural sciences
• Experience in public hospitals\xe2\x80\x99 pharmacy operations
• Experience in market access
