Job Description

  • Handles all incoming telephone calls from patients, makes appointments, and answers general questions and inquiries
  • Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues

Job Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage various contact platforms (telephone, mobile, social media)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Active listening and comprehension skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Strong decision making skills and problem solver
