Job Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google applications
Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
Must be able to multi-task and manage various contact platforms (telephone, mobile, social media)
Excellent customer service skills
Active listening and comprehension skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers
Strong decision making skills and problem solver
