What You'll Be Doing
Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and guide families through the registration process with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care coordination
Communicate clearly with families about payment policies and intake procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
Provide support to walk-in guests and ensure a welcoming environment
Supporting a Safe & Comfortable Therapy Environment
Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the center
Manage inventory and order supplies (pantry, stationery, therapy equipment)
Ensure therapy equipment is maintained and secure
Handle mail, courier services, and general administrative tasks
Ensuring Accurate Billing & Timely Collections
Generate invoices and reconcile billing with therapy hours
Send reminders for overdue payments and follow up on collections
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields
Prior experience inhealthcare or childcare is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with clinic management systems
Bonus: Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing
Strong communication,organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Entrepreneurial mindset and a heart for children with special needs
