Location: Yishun
Working Hours:
5 days work week (inclusive of weekends & PH)
Shift Timing:
AM: 7am - 4pm
PM: 1pm - 10pm
ND: 930pm - 730am
This is a new position created with a mission to provide quality care services to patients in a ward setting. The Patient Care Officer is a service professional who will work closely with our doctors, nurses and allied-health staff to provide quality care service and end-to-end care coordination for our patients.
The work of a Patient Care Officer consists of 3 main areas:
- Caregiving Duties (80% of Job Scope)
Provide caregiving duties and support to patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
E.g. feeding patient; showering patient; etc
-Service Management (10% of Job Scope)
Engage patients and their family members/visitors to understand their needs and manage their expectations in the area of service delivery
-Operations/Admin Support (10% of Job Scope)
Overall management of clerical and operational support in a ward and ensuring facilities (medical, non-medical and IT equipment) are safe and functional.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in any disciplines and above
- Possess min. 5 years working experience in any industry
- Keen passion and interest in healthcare
- Team player and able to work independently as well
