Our Medical Aesthetics Clinic Client located at the beginning of the Orchard is hiring

CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

*Only Singaporeans *

Salary range : $3000 - $4000 (salary will commensurate with experience)

Benefits : Quarterly Variable Bonus, Annual Bonus, 14 days of annual leave

Work Schedule : Essentially, it\'s a 5.50 days work week.

1 weekday off every 2 weeks.

Working hours :

Mondays to Saturdays - 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

or

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays - 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Thursdays - 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Saturdays - 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Job Scope : Front Desk & General Admin

• To receive and register patients.
• To settle patients after their treatments.
• Collect payments, dispense products / medication / booking of next appointment.
• To attend to patients\' requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products, and services via phone calls, SMS / what\'s app/emails.
• To handle end-day closing / settlement.
• Taking of minutes during meetings.
• To liaise with service providers to secure quality services for Clinic.
• To assist with inventory management and other organizational tasks.
• To assist other support team members when needed.
• To perform assigned housekeeping duties within the Clinic and the Medspa
• Good grasp of written and spoken English
