Job Description
.
- Required to engage with our visitors proactively and faciltate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters.
- Required to attend to visitors\' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours.
- Need to attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus.
- Required to provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Service Skills
- Service-oriented with a passion to serve
- Proficient in computer applications (e.g. MS Office Applications)
- Comfortable to perform staggering shift (between 7.45am and 9.00pm), including weekends and Public Holiday. 5 days work week.
- 1 year customer service experience in fast paced work environment preferred
